Fructose
This fructose is a natural fruit sugar derived from corn. It looks and acts the most like regular refined white sugar. Fructose is among the sweetest of all naturally occurring carbohydrates, and is the major sweetener in honey, and is also the sugar found in fruits. It is 1 1/2 times sweeter than table sugar in non-cooking applications. For cold application, use 2/3 of a cup of fructose for every one cup of sugar. Use equal amounts in hot applications. Keeps baked goods fresher longer. Use in hot or cold beverages, puddings, cakes & pies, and frozen desserts.
