Barley, Hulled, Organic
Hulled barley has had only the outer hull removed, but the course outer
bran layer, which makes it higher in soluble fiber than pearled barley,
is still intact.

Basic Cooking Instructions: Bring 4 cups of water to a boil, add 1 cup
Hulled Barley, simmer for 1 1/2 hours, or until done. Serve.

May be baked in casseroles, used as stuffing, or pureed for cereal or pudding
with maple syrup, cinnamon & dates.
