We are a husband-wife team, raising our young family in the shadow of Mt Adams, alongside the clean and wild White Salmon River. We strive to create the highest quality breads and granolas that you can find. Everything is made by hand, in small batches in our family run bakery. We are committed to sourcing ingredients locally and organically whenever possible, to keeping our footprint light, and to an honest day’s work. We live & work near to the Azure farm and are thrilled to be able to partner with Azure in bringing our products a bit farther and wider to your homes.
Our classic blend with simple, high quality ingredients. Organic Oats, Sliced Almonds, Organic Ground Flax & Oat Bran, Organic Sunflower Oil, & Columbia River Gorge Honey team up to make this granola blend satisfying & healthy, with just the right amount of crunch and sweetness (not too sweet!).
