- Directions: Adults & children ages 12 and over: Place 6 pellets under tongue and allow to dissolve every 2 hours until condition is relieved. If preferred, pellets may be dissolved in a 1/2 teaspoon of water. Children (ages 2 to 12): Half adult dose. Children (under age 2): Consult a healthcare professional.
