EDEN Organic Red Quinoa, an ancient pasankalla, variety family plot organically grown on Bolivia's Andean Plateau at over 12,000 feet. The rare soil and environ grow these precious seeds. Quinoa from this area was so highly regarded by the Inca, they reserved pasankalla for royalty.

EDEN Organic Red Quinoa is a fast cooking whole grain ready in just 12 to 15 minutes. About the size of millet, each round grain is bound with a narrow germ. When cooked the wispy germ separates from the seed and its delicate, almost crunchy curlicue makes a great contrast to the soft body or endosperm. Its mild, sweet flavor and delightful fluffy texture make it versatile and delicious whole grain.
