This is our deliciously spicy twist on hot cocoa that combines cocoa with cinnamon and cayenne pepper for cocoa with a kick! For centuries people have been mixing chocolate and spices in unique ways and this is our take on a spicy hot recipe. This fairly traded hot cocoa is crafted using organic cacao (cocoa beans) from small-scale farmers in the Dominican Republic and organic sugar cane from small-scale farmers in Paraguay. If you love to spice up your food, this is your hot cocoa.

Ingredients:Organic Evaporated Sugar Cane Juice*, Organic Cocoa* - Processed with Alkali, Organic Cinnamon, Organic Cayenne Pepper, Organic Vanilla Powder (Organic Vanilla Extract, Organic Maltodextrin and Organic Gum Arabic) (* = Fair Trade Certified™)
DIRECTIONS: Place 2 tablespoons into a cup and add 6 oz. of hot milk or milk substitute. Stir and serve. For a delicious treat, add whipped cream.
