Viburnum opulus is a shrub growing up to 12 feet high in wet and poorly drained areas. It produces an edible fruit which is used as a substitute for cranberries, also known as high- bush cranberries or cranberry tree.

To use as a tea, pour 1 cup boiling water over 1 tsp. of herb, cover and steep 3-5 minutes.
