This robust curry-like blend is spicy, with a floral fragrance and many flavor subtleties. There are innumerable varieties of the blend in the Middle East, and almost every cook has their own secret combination of a dozen or more spices.
Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of seasoning to 1 cup of rice or couscous while cooking. Can also use as a meat rub.
