Frontier Bulk Wasabi Powder 1/2 lb.

Unlike most wasabi, ours contains no artifical colors.

To prepare, mix 1 tsp. wasabi powder with 2 tsp. warm water stirring until it forms a smooth paste. Cover and let stand for 10 minutes before serving.

Wasabi is the traditional complement to sushi and sashimi, it is also eaten with noodle dishes.
