Use in stir-frys, grilled meats and vegetables, saut_s and sauces. Sprinkle garlic flakes on baked potatoes, garlic bread, or pasta dishes. To rehydrate, soak 1 part garlic in 2 parts water for 30 minutes. Use _ teaspoon garlic flakes in place of one fresh clove.
Substitute 3/4 tsp of garlic flakes for each fresh garlic clove required by your recipe. May add directly to food or rehydrate by soaking in cool water for 30 minutes.
