The benefits of green tea have been attributed to the presence of polyphenols such as epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), which provides antioxidant protection in the body. Each capsule supplies the approximate quantity of polyphenols provided in two cups of green tea. We have selected organic green tea, because of concerns regarding pesticides in conventional green tea.
