Maple Syrup, Organic REFRIGERATE!
This is pure Grade B Organic Maple Syrup. Grade B is a slightly darker maple syrup than Grade A. The maple syrup is graded on it’s color, so a Grade AA, would be an even lighter color than Grade A. The wood around a tapped place on a maple tree can become dark once the tree has been tapped. When the next tap is placed close to the original tap, this darker sap becomes part of the maple syrup -- and slightly darker.
A natural sweetener that adds denseness and moisture to baked goods. It is less sweet than honey or white sugar. Use for toppings or as a sugar substitute.
