Milk Powder, Non-Instant, Organic
This is pasteurized, grade A, low heat, nonfat dry milk, made so that it will reconstitute as readily as possible without instantizing, and still have the highest nutritional profile after the drying process. You will find the powder delicious and fairly easy to reconstitute following the directions. This milk powder is not fortified with vitamins A or D above what may naturally occur.
Nonfat dry milk is obtained by the removal of water from pasteurized skim milk.

- Basic Instructions: Mix 2/3 cup powder with enough water to make 1 quart milk, 5 1/3 Tbsp. to make 1 pint, 2 2/3 Tbsp. to make 1 cup. Pour the desired amount of powder into half the water stirring continuously as the rest of the water is added. Continue to stir until well-mixed (about 30 seconds). Or, for better results, use a blender.
