When grinding whole beans, grind just enough for each brewing. For automatic drip, a medium grind is best. Use a coarse grind for French press; espresso should be ground fine. Brew with clean, cold water. For auto-drip, start with 1 heaping tablespoon per 6 ounces of water and adjust to your taste. Store in an airtight container away from heat and direct sun.
