All the flavor and goodness of Spectrum Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a convenient spray. Use it to coat potatoes evenly before roasting or as a quick, easy topper for toasted crostini. Any way you use it, you'll get the Mediterranean flavor of our imported Extra Virgin Olive Oil and no-fuss clean up.
Medium Heat up to 325 degrees F.
Different oils have different uses, and each performs best within a certain range of temperatures. This oil is best for sautéing at medium heat where the oil's full flavor is intended as an integral part of the finished dish.
