Sesame Blues
The original Blue Corn Tortilla Chips with something special added, the zip of fresh sesame seeds, hence Sesame Blues. Those tiny bursts of sesame flavor make a tortilla chip into something else entirely. Garden of Eatin' makes the "original" Blue Chips. They're actually blue in color because many years ago their founder bought an entire crop of blue corn (an ancient tradition of the Hopi and Zuni tribes) and thought it would make a great tortilla chip. A little snap to every bite was added with a sprinkling of fresh sesame seeds on every chip.
Garden of Eatin' uses only the highest quality organic ingredients. That's what makes Garden of Eatin' snacks so tasty. The oils used are from seeds which are crushed mechanically in a press. The best filtered water - clean, clear, fresh - is used.
INGREDIENTS: Organically grown blue corn cooked in filtered water with a trace of lime, organically grown sesame seeds, expeller-pressed high oleic safflower and/or sunflower oil and sea salt.
