Eden Organic Shiro Miso is mellow and sweet. Made from USA family farm grown organic rice and soybeans, aged for 2 months. The lowest sodium content miso. Shiro Miso is well suited for summer dishes: soup, salad dressing, dip, sauce, marinades, and noodles.
