- To prepare: Soak Soy Curls for 10 minutes in warm water, drain. Season to taste in skillet. Serve or add to your soups, casseroles, potatoes, rice, stir-fry, noodles, spaghetti sauce, chili, pizza topping, salads, curries, enchiladas, and so much more.
