Brewing: To savor the full flavor of our teas, bring fresh water to a rolling boil. Pour hot water directly over the tea bag in a pre-heated pot or cup. Brew 1-3 minutes or to desired taste. One tea bag makes 8 ounces of hot tea. For iced tea, brew double strength.
A blend of premium black teas and 100% pure bergamot oil -twice as much as in our Earl Grey tea. Bergamot, and extract from the fruit of the small citrus beramia tree, is grown in the southern part of Calabria, Italy. Many other Earl Grey teas use a mix of bergamot and other citrus oils, but we insist on 100% pure bergamot even thought it's more expensive. Smooth and aromatic, the bergamot imparts a light citrus notes.
