Potency: herb strength 1:1; 1000 mg fresh herb per 1 ml of liquid extract.

INGREDIENTS: Fresh Organic Valerian Root (Valeriana officinalis), Organic Alcohol. Alcohol content: Not more than 45%.

• Suggested use: Take 1 mL three times daily or 3 ml before bedtime. 1 mL = approximately 40 drops.
• Contraindications: Individuals taking prescribed sedatives should consult their health care professional before taking Valerian. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Discontinue use two weeks prior to scheduled surgery and inform surgeon. Keep out of reach of children. Discontinue if unusual symptoms occur.
