Not a significant source of fat, saturated fat, trans fat, cholesterol, dietary fiber, sugars, vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium and iron.

• Basic instructions: If substituting wheat starch for flour use half the amount called for. Gradually stir cold liquids into wheat starch until smooth. Stir gently over medium heat to thicken. Boil mixture one minute. Do not overcook.
• Store in a cool, dry place. Minimum shelf life of 12 months when properly stored.

• Why go organic? Organic foods are grown without synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, or herbicides. Organic foods are not genetically modified. Organic foods are grown in soil that is nurtured, not treated... which means top soil, groundwater, rivers, lakes, streams, watersheds, fish & wildlife, and people are not compromised. Healthy food grows in healthy soil. You can often taste the organic difference!
