FOR COOLING RELIEF: Chill in the refrigerator for an hour or put in the freezer for 5 to 10 minutes to desired temperature. Take out and gently place over tired, strained eyes to relieve puffiness and swelling. FOR WARMING RELIEF: Soak in warm water for 10 to 15 minutes or heat in microwave at a medium setting for no longer than 20 seconds to desired temperature. Take out and place over eyelids to provide soothing relief.
The Herbal Eye Lid Compress has a flex-band to fit all head sizes. Herba-Gel base is non-toxic.
